We initially carry out a telephone interview. If the applicant seems suitable we arrange a thorough interview at their home. Only after taking proof of ID along with references do we accept them
This can be arranged if required, or if you are not going to be at home when your cleaner comes to clean. Just let us know what you would prefer when we come to meet you to discuss your needs.

Not necessarily, our cleaners are trustworthy, have been vetted and are happy to hold your house keys. We will provide you with a Key Acknowledgement Form for you and your Helper to sign

Every clean is insured for theft, property damage, key and lock replacement. Please note, insurance is only valid for tasks carried out whilst inside the boundaries of your home Yes, we have £2,000,000 public liability insurance. There is an excess of £100 on most claims, you would be responsible for 50% of the excess amount. The insurance cover is in force to provide peace of mind in the event of any major occurrence. Cleaners should not be asked to clean or touch valuable or very delicate items. Cleaners should not be expected to clean items or areas that could breach any health and safety conditions.
Our clients prefer to specify the products used in their homes, therefore our Helpers do not carry their own materials. Due to health and safety bleach is a banned substance.
We only require one months notice, if you decide to leave us for any reason.
The agency fee of £3.00 per hour (or £3.50 for fortnightly) is paid by standing order on a monthly basis. The Home Help fee of £14.00 per hour is paid to the Home Help in cash or cleared funds after they have completed the clean. £17.00 (Or £17.50 for fortnightly) is the total charge, without additional extras. We do NOT charge VAT or additional travelling costs.
Please notify us of any refunds required within a month of when they fall due. We can refund payments due for 6 months previous from the date any requests is received.
